Det framg\u00e5r av Framtidens Karri\u00e4r \u2013 Gymnasiel\u00e4rares unders\u00f6kning. Brist p\u00e5 beh\u00f6riga kollegor och en \u00f6kad administrativ b\u00f6rda bidrar till utvecklingen. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013 Unders\u00f6kningsresultatet f\u00f6rv\u00e5nar mig inte. Vi f\u00e5r m\u00e5nga indikationer fr\u00e5n v\u00e5ra medlemmar p\u00e5 att utvecklingen \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g \u00e5t fel h\u00e5ll. Vi ser bland annat att allt fler l\u00e4rare l\u00e4mnar eller \u00f6verv\u00e4ger att l\u00e4mna yrket till f\u00f6ljd av en \u00f6kad administrativ b\u00f6rda och en allt mer p\u00e5taglig brist p\u00e5 beh\u00f6riga kollegor. V\u00e5r egen unders\u00f6kning visar att 82 procent av l\u00e4rarna idag s\u00e4ger att dokumentationskraven g\u00f6r dem stressade och fyra av tio \u00f6verv\u00e4ger att l\u00e4mna yrket, s\u00e4ger Maria R\u00f6nn, gymnasiel\u00e4rare och f\u00f6rste vice ordf\u00f6rande i L\u00e4rarf\u00f6rbundet.<br>Just bristen p\u00e5 beh\u00f6riga kollegor ger m\u00e5nga f\u00f6ljdeffekter, enligt Maria R\u00f6nn. M\u00e5nga beh\u00f6riga gymnasiel\u00e4rare saknar kompetenta kollegor att tala med, om yrket och elevernas inl\u00e4rning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kan underminera<\/strong><br>\u2013 Politiker tenderar att f\u00f6renkla gymnasieskolans komplexa problematik, exempelvis genom att f\u00f6resl\u00e5 mobilf\u00f6rbud eller att man ska introducera en tv\u00e5\u00e5rig yrkesskola som ett alternativ till dagens tre\u00e5riga program. Det riskerar att underminera hela gymnasieskolan eftersom vi vet att teoretiska kunskaper beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att eleverna ska klara sig p\u00e5 framtidens arbetsmarknad, s\u00e4ger Maria R\u00f6nn.<br>\u00c4ven om mycket \u00e4r p\u00e5 v\u00e4g \u00e5t fel h\u00e5ll betonar Maria R\u00f6nn att det \u00e4ven finns en positiv utveckling i gymnasieskolan.<br>\u2013 Vi f\u00f6r numera ett mer levande samtal kring forskning om l\u00e4rande. L\u00e4rare \u00e4r dessutom mer delaktiga i utvecklingen av l\u00e4randet. L\u00e4rare som har tillg\u00e5ng till en engagerad ledning och lokalpolitiker som ger dem mandat att utveckla skolan tillsammans med skolledningen trivs i allm\u00e4nhet bra p\u00e5 sin arbetsplats, s\u00e4ger Maria R\u00f6nn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Analysera behovet<\/strong><br>Hon ser g\u00e4rna att politiker lanserar alternativa v\u00e4gar in i l\u00e4raryrket som inte \u00e4r genv\u00e4gar. Det kan handla om alternativa studiemedelsl\u00f6sningar eller m\u00f6jlighet att kombinera studier och arbete som g\u00f6r det l\u00e4ttare f\u00f6r personer mitt i yrkeslivet att sadla om till l\u00e4rare.<br>\u2013 Jag efterlyser \u00e4ven en ordentlig analys av vilken dokumentation som faktiskt \u00e4r n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig och av hur l\u00e4rarnas arbetstid kan anv\u00e4ndas p\u00e5 ett s\u00e5 optimalt s\u00e4tt som m\u00f6jligt.
